Cancellation of monthly invoiced accounts requires a 30 day notice (included in agreement), must be in writing, dated in an email or letter, and receive an NFS cancelation number. The 30 day cancellation period begins on the first day of the month AFTER the written cancelation notice date.
Online recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, however no refunds will be issued for time unused. Account will remain accessible until the end of the current access period. To cancel, click the link on the account details page, click the “Submit” button to confirm the cancellation. Our system will immediately cancel all future billing and will terminate account access at the correct point in time. Accounts are demoted for a period of 30 days, during which time renewal would restore all data, records, history, and files prior to final termination. Final termination means files are deleted and cannot be retrieved.
Upon subscription termination, all client profile data, recorded history, entered meal plans, and client and user access to the NFS Nutrition Lite, Pro, and MD platforms will be discontinued.
